吳宜燦,院士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,現(xiàn)任中國(guó)科學(xué)院合肥物質(zhì)科學(xué)研究院核能安全研究所(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“核安全所”)首席科學(xué)顧問(wèn)。曾任核安全所所長(zhǎng),中國(guó)科學(xué)院中子輸運(yùn)理論與輻射安全重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任,中國(guó)科學(xué)院戰(zhàn)略性先導(dǎo)科技專(zhuān)項(xiàng)“未來(lái)先進(jìn)核裂變能—ADS嬗變系統(tǒng)”專(zhuān)項(xiàng)負(fù)責(zé)人兼反應(yīng)堆項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人,F(xiàn)DS團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人。先后獲西安交通大學(xué)學(xué)士和碩士學(xué)位、中國(guó)科學(xué)院合肥物質(zhì)科學(xué)研究院等離子體物理研究所(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“等離子體所”)博士學(xué)位;先后在西安交大能源系、等離子體所、中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)、核安全所從事教學(xué)與科研工作;先后在德國(guó)卡爾斯魯厄核研究中心、日本國(guó)家聚變研究所、比利時(shí)核能研究中心從事訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者研究工作。主要從事核能科學(xué)與工程、輻射醫(yī)學(xué)物理及應(yīng)用、計(jì)算機(jī)仿真與軟件工程等多學(xué)科交叉研究。主持負(fù)責(zé)包括IAEA及ITER國(guó)際合作計(jì)劃、國(guó)家“973”/“863”計(jì)劃、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重大研究計(jì)劃、中科院戰(zhàn)略性先導(dǎo)科技專(zhuān)項(xiàng)等在內(nèi)的科研項(xiàng)目30余項(xiàng)。任國(guó)際能源署聚變能環(huán)境安全與經(jīng)濟(jì)合作協(xié)議組織執(zhí)委會(huì)主席、聚變堆核技術(shù)執(zhí)行委員會(huì)委員,中國(guó)輻射防護(hù)學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng),中國(guó)核學(xué)會(huì)核安全分會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng),中國(guó)核物理學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事/反應(yīng)堆物理與核材料專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)主任委員等。在學(xué)術(shù)刊物和國(guó)際會(huì)議上累計(jì)發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文200余篇,其中SCI收錄論文100余篇,4篇論文進(jìn)入ESI高被引論文榜,進(jìn)入本領(lǐng)域國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)論文影響前1%;先后參加國(guó)際會(huì)議100余次,包括大型國(guó)際會(huì)議邀請(qǐng)報(bào)告20余篇次,口頭報(bào)告50余次;組織或作為組委會(huì)成員組織國(guó)際會(huì)議20余次,作為主席主持國(guó)際會(huì)議30余次;組織開(kāi)發(fā)大型軟件系統(tǒng)10余套,已有600余國(guó)際單位用戶(hù);國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利30余項(xiàng);獲得省部級(jí)一等獎(jiǎng)及以上科技成果5項(xiàng),因自然科學(xué)研究事業(yè)突出貢獻(xiàn)獲國(guó)務(wù)院特殊津貼。[1]Y.
